For consortia members/institutions requiring multi-site access please provide:

  • A full list of names and addresses for each consortium/organization member.
  • A listing of each consortium member's/site's current full rate subscriptions for Oxford
  • Information on the consortium's/institution's structure and governance
  • Specify whether your organization is academic or non-academic
