牛津期刊和伦敦数学学会推出《拓扑学期刊》（Journal of Topology）

牛津期刊很高兴地宣布，我们代表伦敦数学协会（LMS）出版的《拓扑学期刊》第一期的文章现在可以在网上免费获取。
《拓扑学期刊》刊载拓扑学、几何学和数学相关领域里优质和重要的论文。很多重要的、经常无法预料的关系联系着拓扑学、几何学与数学的很多其他领域，编辑们欢迎与此种联系相关的最新进展的文章投稿，也欢迎属于该刊核心领域的论文投稿。
LMS的出版商Susan Hezlet说到：“我们很高兴能和牛津期刊部一起出版这本期刊。作为一个非营利性学会，我们希望在尽可能广的范围内传播我们的高质量数学学术文章，我们觉得这一点和牛津期刊，以及它们传播高质量的研究给最广泛受众的目的有很好的契合点。”
她补充到：“这本期刊拥有一个很有经验的编委会，集合了一些世界顶尖的拓扑学家。我们期待着这本期刊能够很快被认可，成为拓扑领域重要的出版地。”
LMS是英国著名的数学研究协会。《拓扑学期刊》和LMS另外3本已经加入牛津期刊的刊物，成为牛津期刊声名显赫并不断扩大的数学期刊列表中的一员：Bulletin of the London Mathematical Society，Journal of the London Mathematical Society和 Proceedings of the London Mathematical Society。
第一期的文章从今天起可以在网上获取，期刊第一年出版的文章经注册后可以免费阅读。
