Postprint use of Oxford Journals content

A post-print is the final draft author manuscript, as accepted for publication, including modifications based on referees' suggestions but before it has undergone copyediting and proof correction.

EJIL does not permit authors to retain preprints of their accepted articles on publicly-available websites. Any preprints should be removed by the author upon publication of their article in EJIL.
