Claims

If you have not received an issue (for which you have made payment), first check that it has been published. Please allow at least 10 working days for delivery within Europe and USA and 21 working days for the rest of the world.

To claim for a missing or damaged issue, please contact the relevant journals customer service centre: if delivery is made to an end-user in the Americas please contact our USA office; if the end-user is in any other country please contact our UK office. Contact details can be found here. Alternatively, you may complete the form here. Please note that to process your claim we will require the full end-user name and address.

Please note that free replacement copies will only be sent if claims are made within four months of order or date of publication, whichever is later.
