HTML templates
Encourage your users to access Oxford Journal content by sending them an email using our HTML templates. Download them here.
Instructions for use: You can either copy and paste the text in to your own branded templates to adapt as you wish, or if you use Internet Explorer you can send these templates as they are.
To do so, click on the email template you require to open the HTML template in Internet Explorer, then in the menu bar at the top of the screen click 'File', then from the list find 'send' and then select 'Page by email'.
This should then open the template in your email program in a format ready to send where you can edit the text as necessary (N.B - you may need to set up your email as HTML format to display the template correctly).
