View and manage your membership lists
Society nominated administrators may be offered, or can request, an online service which will allow them to view their society's membership details which are held at Oxford Journals.
By logging into the Oxford Journals website, the Society Administrator can view and download regularly updated reports showing their members details, such as full membership list, new members, cancelled or suspended members and address changes. Reports are standard but can be tailored on request to best suit a society's requirements.
Administrators can also complete and submit online forms to request changes to their membership list, such as changes of address, new member subscriptions and subscription cancellations.
