Instructions to Authors

AIMS AND SCOPE

The journal aims to publish articles on the application of computer technology to the law (including, for example, document drafting, litigation support, expert systems, communications, case-flow management) and on computer law (covering, for instance, intellectual property rights, computer misuse, computer contracts, liability for defective systems and the legal implications of emerging new technologies, such as telebanking, electronic data interchange, smartcards and so forth). Contributions that bring together both these fields will be particularly welcome. Neither the Editors and Editorial Board nor the publishers accept responsibility for the views authors express in their contributions.
