Information for Authors
Submission of manuscripts
The Journal of International Criminal Justice invites submission of manuscripts on International Criminal Law, Comparative Criminal Law, Criminology, and Penal Philosophy. Manuscripts should be submitted to the Editor in Chief, accompanied by an assurance that the article has not been published, submitted, or accepted elsewhere.
Authors are requested to submit their manuscript by electronic mail (Word or Windows attachment) to journ.int.cj@virgilio.it; alternatively, a hard copy of the manuscript could be sent by post to the editorial offices, addressed to:
Professor Antonio Cassese
Journal of International Criminal Justice

Italy
Length of manuscript
Manuscripts should range from 3000 to 10000 words in length, including footnotes and a 150 word abstract (approximately 10-25 pages). In principle, longer manuscripts will not even be considered.
Format requirement
All manuscripts should be double spaced with single spaced footnotes. The journal generally adheres to the footnote style of The Bluebook; A Uniform System of Citation (17th edn 2000). Heavy footnoting is discouraged. Authors are invited to follow the journal's style-sheet, which may be obtained from the Editorial Assistant upon request, or from the journal's web site by clicking here.
Consideration of manuscripts
Receipt of all manuscripts will be acknowledged immediately, and after receiving comments from two to three referees, notification of acceptance, rejection or need for revision will be given within eight weeks of receipt of manuscript.
