Database Description
The Protein Kinase Resource (PKR) is a curated information source which provides an integrated view of sequence and structure data combined with biochemical and genetic function data focused on a single family of proteins, the protein kinases. In addition, the PKR provides tools for computational analysis of protein kinase sequence and structure and an email discussion forum devoted to protein kinases.
