Database Description
WormBase is an authoritative data repository for information about Caenorhabditis elegans and related nematodes. It contains the curated genomes of the C. elegans and C. briggsae genomes, gene predictions and other genomic annotations, genetic and physical maps, high-throughput functional studies such as RNAi, protein-protein interaction studies, anatomic data and an increasing number of genetic and biochemical pathways.
