Database Description

ODB (Operon DataBase) is a database of known operons among the many complete genomes. Additionally, putative operons that are conserved in terms of known operons are also provided. The first release of ODB conteins about 2000 known operons and 13,000 putative operons in more than 200 genomes. ODB is accessible from http://odb.kuicr.kyoto-u.ac.jp/.
