Database Description

SYSTOMONAS (SYSTems biology of pseudOMONAS, is a database on pseudomonads providing data and tools on metabolic network reconstruction, gene-regulatory networks, visualization of genomic structures or metabolic pathways, comparative genomics, and 'omics' experiments by integration of the resources KEGG, PRODORIC, Pseudomonas Genome Database v2, and BRENDA

This work was funded by the German Bundesministerium fÜr Bildung und Forschung (BMBF) for the National Genome Research Network (NGFN2-EP, grant no. 0313398A), BMBF for the Bioinformatics Competence Center Intergenomics (Grant No. 031U110A/031U210A), and the Volkswagen Foundation.
