Confirmation
Once your booking has been processed, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided under the personal details section above. We aim to process your booking as quickly as possible.
Payment & cancellation
Full payment is due on receipt of invoice. A receipt for payment will not be issued unless requested. In the event of cancellation not less than 14 days before the conference you have booked for, full payment will be refunded less a 20% administration charge. No refunds will be possible in the 14 days prior to the conference you are booked onto, but you will be entitled to send a substitute.
