In order to authenticate Member and Personal subscriptions to the journal it is necessary for users to associate their registration/login with their subscription. This can be done once a user has registered and obtained a username and password. Users should log into ‘My Account’ and select ‘Manage your subscriptions’. Subscribers should then enter their eight digit subscription number into the ‘Add a new subscription’ field, then click the ‘Add subscription’ button. Subscription numbers should appear on the hardcopy despatch label but if your subscription number is not known the page also includes a link to contact customer services who will be able to assist you.
