Inviting Applications for a New Editor
Editor: Community Development Journal
Following the appointment of the current Editor to a post in Australia, the Editorial Board of the Community Development Journal is seeking to appoint a new Editor to take up the role by the end of 2009 or early in 2010.
The Editor should be UK-based, although consideration will be given to those applying from Ireland. The Editor should have an outstanding knowledge of community development and a commitment to ensuring the Journal retains its unique focus on providing a critically reflective and contextual account of the theory and practice of community development as it is practised and understood internationally.
The Editor would need to be able to work with an engaged and highly participatory Editorial Board and International Advisory Board.
The initial term of office would be for three years.
