About the Journal
The IEICE (The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers) was founded over 80 years ago, and is Japan's largest professional engineering society, with over 42,000 members. The society has an international reputation as a leading force in the investigation and exchange of knowledge on the science and technology of electronics, information and communication. The four Transactions of the IEICE publish research have made, and continue to make, significant contributions to the progress of technology and the development of industries in these fields.
