CSAE 2008 Conference on Economic Development in Africa
The conference was held atSt Catherine’s College, Oxford, on
16–18 March 2008.
Economic analysis of the broad issues relevant for economic development in Africa will be considered at the above conference. This conference will largely consist of parallel sessions, with two plenary sessions.
All abstracts for consideration must be submitted via the online submission site at www.csae.ox.ac.uk/conferences/.
Student applications
PhD/DPhil students must submit a full paper for consideration.
Funding
There is a limited budget to fund African presenters who are currently living and working in Africa and who will be travelling from Africa to the conference. Funding will cover all participation and travel costs for successful applicants. Applicants must submit a full paper for consideration and clearly mark their application ‘applying for funding’.
