The Journal of Intellectual Property Law & Pratice (JIPLP) partners with Gewerblicher Rechtsschutz und Urheberrecht, Internationaler Teil (GRUR Int.), a publication of the German Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (GRUR). The partnership is based on an exchange of content between JIPLP and GRUR Int., allowing readers of both journals to enjoy additional material at no extra cost. Since January 2013, JIPLP has featured a section filled with articles and decisions especially selected from the corresponding issue of GRUR Int.
GRUR Int. is the leading German-language journal specialising in intellectual property law. Published monthly, it combines academic contributions with reports on case law and legislation from both a European and wider international perspective.
