The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Gynecologic Medical Oncology, seeks to recruit a trained medical oncologist at the level of Assistant Professor.

The candidate should have clinical experience in the management of patients with female specific pelvic malignancies, research expertise in the application of novel functional proteomic and genomic platforms such as reverse phase protein arrays to the study of these malignancies, interest in applying novel findings from such research to the development of clinical trials, and have the ability to obtain extramural research funding. As a faculty member, the selected applicant will also serve on institutional committees and assist in mentoring fellows and other
trainees. Applicants will have a M.D. or M.D./Ph.D. and should be board certified or board eligible and be eligible for medical licensure in Texas.

Salary in the range of $143,000-$181,000 and is based on the applicant’s qualifications.
