Recent Developments

Although it effectively supercedes JenPep, AntiJen is an entirely different, and massively enhanced, database. JenPep will remain on the web at While there are no immediate plans to remove it, JenPep will no longer be updated.

Initial funding for AntiJen was provided by GlaxoSmithkline, BBSRC, MRC, and the UK Department of Health.
