Quantitative binding data for peptides and proteins of immunological interest
Although it effectively supercedes JenPep, AntiJen is an entirely different, and massively enhanced, database. JenPep will remain on the web at http://www.jenner.ac.uk/Jenpep. While there are no immediate plans to remove it, JenPep will no longer be updated.
Initial funding for AntiJen was provided by GlaxoSmithkline, BBSRC, MRC, and the UK Department of Health.
