The 25th Anniversary of the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies

To celebrate the Oxford Journal of Legal Studies attaining it's quarter century, the 2005 volume will include a series of 25th Anniversary Essays. These contributions will critically evaluate the development of thought within a relevant area, concentrating on the last 25 years. Contributors include:
