About the Journals

Public Health Ethics is a peer-reviewed international journal with a focus on the systematic analysis of the moral problems that arise in public health and preventive medicine. The journal combines theoretical and practical work from many different fields, notably philosophy, law, and politics, but also epidemiology and the medical sciences.

The Journal of Medicine and Philosophy is a bimonthly publication which explores the shared themes and concerns of philosophy and the medical sciences. Central issues in medical research and practice have important philosophical dimensions, for, in treating disease and promoting health, medicine involves presuppositions about human goals and values. The journal aims to provide an ongoing forum for the discussion of such issues.

Christian bioethics is a non-ecumenical, interdenominational journal, which involves editors and invites contributions from different Christian perspectives. The journal explores the commitments of the Christian faiths with regard to the meaning of human life, sexuality, suffering, illness, and death within the context of medicine and health care.
