Trusts & Trustees is the leading international journal on trust law and practice. The most significant source of information in its field, the journal is essential for all trusts practitioners and lawyers, and includes:

Established in 1994 by Professor John Goldsworth, a leading authority on international trust law with over forty years’ experience in advisory and legal practice, the journal is now jointly edited by Toby Graham, Partner and Head of Contentious Estates and Trusts Group at Farrer & Co. in London, and Dr Anthony Molloy QC, a barrister at Shortland Chambers in Auckland.

Published ten times each year, the journal provides a mixture of thoughtful yet accessible articles on trust law and practice; case notes on topical cases; and updates on trends and developments in trusts law and practice from around the world.

New to 2008, will be new sections focusing on the law of a specific jurisdiction per issue; containing longer articles; and focusing on some of the more practical issues commonly encountered by trust managers and advisers.
